I am a portrait artist working between Italy and the French Riviera, shaped by the European tradition of oil painting. My work focuses on presence, character, and the quiet psychological depth that exists beyond photographic likeness.

I approach portraiture as an act of interpretation rather than reproduction. Through careful attention to light, atmosphere, and painterly structure, I seek to create works that feel timeless and deeply human.

Each painting develops slowly, allowing form and emotion to emerge naturally. My portraits are created as autonomous works of art, rooted in observation and sensitivity, and intended to hold meaning beyond the moment in which they are painted.

My artistic formation developed through independent study and continuous practice within the European painting tradition. Living and working between Italy and the French Riviera has deeply influenced my understanding of light, atmosphere, and the historical continuity of portraiture.

My education is grounded in direct observation, classical oil painting techniques, and the study of historical and contemporary European portrait artists.

My portraits are held in private collections in Europe and internationally. My practice is focused on creating individual works rather than participating in frequent public exhibitions, allowing each painting to develop with full attention and care.
