Mehdi Maciej Benembarek

Mehdi Benembarek (.benembarek) has co-founded Amabilis Inc. in 1999, a publisher of interactive digital magazines. He was actively involved in multiple online projects as the Vice-President Corporate Development, as (first online woman magazine in Canada, from 1999 to 2008), Saveurs Nomades (digital cookbooks with Chefs from around the world), NOW Maroc (travel interactive magazine for iPad dedicated to Morocco), to name just a few.
For NOW Maroc, he was the main producer of the visual content (photography, video, interactive
storytelling for social networks). NOW Maroc was 2 years in a row finalist at the prestigious Digital Magazine Awards in London. The video label Morocco In Motion he produced has seen some of the videos licensed by international TV shows like Secrets d’Histoire (France 2 and TV5). As a photographer, he was among others finalist at International Photography Awards IPA 2019 (Honorable mention) - Deeper perspective for a series on a Mennonite community in Belize.
In 2019, he founded Nomad Photo Club - Photography Tours and Workshops ()
