Born and brought up in Kenya, Indian by ethnicity, educated in England, and now living in Philadelphia, my art exhibits influences of several cultures and continents. I generally paint in series. My art presently, is pushed by my passion for conservation. The thought I wish to provoke: In he present universal environment, how do we manifest our humanity? For me, with show of compassion for all creatures, small and big, every corner of our universe - humans, flora, fauna and all that sustains life.
