Bianca De Rauglaudre

I am a French contemporary artist based in Marseille.

My practice revolves around painting, murals and immersive installations, exploring memory, emotions and the traces that experiences leave within us.

At the center of my work is Supernova, an ongoing artistic project developed since 2020. Inspired by the life cycle of a star, Supernova uses color, form and movement as a visual language to represent emotions, memories and human experiences. Each shape becomes an event, each color an emotion, and each line a path through time.

Alongside this personal body of work, I create figurative series inspired by Mediterranean culture, travel and collective memory. Through bold colors and simplified forms, I seek to capture the atmosphere of a place rather than simply document it.

Whether working on canvas, walls, sculpture or immersive projects, I am interested in the way art can transform personal stories into shared experiences.

I graduated from KEDGE Business School in France with an International Bachelor in International Business.

My artistic practice is primarily self-taught. Over the years, I have developed my own visual language through painting, illustration, mural commissions and independent research in art history.

2026 – Large-scale installation project, Arles, France
One of the most ambitious projects I have created to date. This large-scale installation brought together painting, volume, space and public interaction in a strong immersive environment. Developed specifically for an artistic event in Arles, the project marked an important step in my practice, expanding my work beyond canvas into a more physical and experiential form.

2026 – Marseille Before, Acuda, Marseille, France
Solo exhibition presenting Marseille Before, a series inspired by archival photographs of Marseille. Through painting, I revisit the city’s landscapes, architecture and everyday scenes, transforming documentary images into vivid compositions shaped by memory, color and personal interpretation.

2024 – Travel Diaries, Marseille, France
Solo exhibition presenting a series of works inspired by my travels through Argentina, Morocco, Brazil and Russia. This project explored memory, movement and the way places remain within us through color, fragments and emotional landscapes.
