Lena Birksten

I am born (1946) in Stockholm, Sweden. Now I live half year in Stockholm and half the year in the countryside in the north of Sweden. More than 30 years I worked as a teacher and painted when I had some sparetime.

Painting is now my prime occupation. So my life changed from teaching by talking to learning by doing. I use acrylic coulors. The ligh and darkness of the surrounding landscape interest me. It is never the same and always new. Like you and me. I am not going to talk about my pictures. Welcome to look!
