I am a French painter, born in 1978. My path to art has not been linear. I was originally trained as an engineer in physics and spent more than twenty years in a large company, building a career in management. Alongside this structured and demanding professional life, a quieter inner journey was always unfolding.
I was deeply moved by Impressionism in my childhood, and painting first entered my life through that sensitivity to light, atmosphere, and emotion. In 2020, following serious health events, I returned to painting with urgency and necessity. What began as a return quickly became a turning point. My practice shifted toward abstraction, which offered me a more open and truthful language to explore and continue the inner work I had started at a very young age.
Through abstraction, I let go of control and representation to make space for sensation, movement, and presence. My work questions and deconstructs the values commonly associated with social success — perfection, productivity, mastery, appearance — and instead celebrates spontaneity, imperfection, unpredictability, contemplation, and authenticity.
My paintings are an invitation to slow down, to feel, and to observe. They intend to offer a gentle breathing space, away ...
My artistic practice is self-taught, shaped by my life experience and by an inner journey toward deeper alignment with my core values of authenticity and spontaneity. I hold a Master’s degree in engineering, an academic background that continues to inform the structure and rigor underlying the way I manage my creative projects.
I present my work several times each year through curated exhibitions in art venues and heritage sites, as well as in selected healthcare and corporate settings — an extension of my personal journey and professional background, which both inform the spirit and context of my artistic practice.
