Christophe is a French-Polish artist, painter, and guitarist whose work profoundly explores the themes of freedom, spontaneity, and deep emotional resonance. Born in Lens in 1980, he spent most of his life in the French Alps before settling in Prague, where he currently lives and works.
Focusing primarily on figurative acrylic painting, Christophe develops an intuitive and dynamic approach. He layers vibrant acrylics with charcoal pencil strokes to create high-contrast compositions filled with movement. While his solid technical background provides a strong foundation, it never restricts his desire for experimentation. Driven by a passion for sharing his knowledge, he teaches painting at the French Institute in Prague.
Represented by renowned institutions such as Art Mozaika Gallery and Weinberg Gallery in Prague, Christophe’s work has been showcased in numerous galleries and intimate spaces across France, Switzerland, and the Czech Republic. His milestone exhibitions include featured showcases at Prague Castle, Fantova kavárna (Prague Main Railway Station), and the World Ridgeback Conference. His artworks now grace private collections throughout Europe, Africa, and Asia.
"Self-taught artist. I developed my skills independently by studying techniques on YouTube and exploring art galleries."
