For me, painting has never been a departure from his artistic journey— it has been the constant thread running through it.

After building a career in advertising and design, where he developed a deep understanding of visual language and how imagery shapes identity and emotion, Ben brought that same discipline and insight directly into his studio practice.

His paintings reflect both worlds: the instinct of an artist and the trained eye of a designer.

The work is known for its vibrant energy and layered surfaces created through a deliberate process of applying paint, gold and silver leaf, and a sequence of controlled gestures — cuts, splatter, and pulls — that build depth and movement within the painting.
