Boris Nikolasevic

Professional photographer born in Belgrade, Serbia, 1963. After graduating from Graphic high school I have enrolled at the school for photojournalists under the guidance of famous Serbian photographer, Tomislav Peternek. Since then I have been working for various magazines, companies and institutions. I have been successfully runing an applied photography studio since 2000. Apart from my profesiional career I have always been interested in artistic photography. Because of that I have organized three solo exhibitions and won 11 awards and praizes, both national and international. I am also a member of artistic association ULUPUDS section for photography. One of my latest works include portraying Belgrade in black and white technique without any presence of people. This way I wanted to highlight the atmosphere created by buildings, monuments and architecture in general in our capital city. During the last year I have also been working on presenting monasteries and churches across Serbia in similar fashion.
