Bozena Kot

Bozena Kot is a contemporary painter whose work explores the interplay of memory, matter, and light. Rooted in abstraction and expressive texture, her practice creates dynamic surfaces where traces of past experiences, layered paint, and subtle shifts of colour evoke movement and temporality. Her paintings often suggest transitional states — suspended between what has been and what is yet to come — inviting viewers into a reflective and immersive experience.

Graduate of Visual Arts at the Institute of Fine Arts, University of Rzeszów, awarded a diploma with distinction in 2022.

Completed studies in Computer Science at Rzeszów University of Technology (2002).

She is a member of the Association of Polish Visual Artists (ZPAP).
