My photography stems from a deep need to give voice to emotions and to imprint the signs of time and memory onto the visual medium. Using my smartphone as an immediate extension of my gaze, I capture the reality around me and then transform it through digital manipulation. My style is characterized by strong black-and-white contrasts and scratched, worn textures that strip away any veneer of superficiality from the subject. Each artwork is a fragment of a story that is both deeply personal and universal. Founder of the "Broken Light Project".
