Caroline Huet

Caroline Huet is a self-taught French painter.

Her paintings, well beyond the pictorial aspect, are above all paintings of souls, messengers of peace, harmony and light.
She uses the animal figure as a metaphor. A metaphor for humanity, Caroline Huet's animal is a spiritual messenger, a dispenser of harmony and peace. Her paintings are not a reflection of her reading, but the result of a concrete connection with the invisible world. At the crossroads of painting, literature, and music, Caroline Huet's works have the capacity to bring the arts into resonance.

"I work primarily and intentionally with the animal figure instead of the human figure. Moreover, the animal also has a soul, and I wish to show this mirror to humans, who often only look with their eyes, with their senses, but not enough with the gaze of conscience and soul…"

Her artistic style leans towards contemporary animal art an surrealism . Her paintings are permanently exhibited in art galleries in France, the Netherlands and England and are part of private collections, particularly in Europe.
