Teddy Carraro was born in the south of the United States. Daughter of artists; sculptor father and designer mother. She lived in an atmosphere of art throughout her childhood. Her first show was in the Dallas Public Library. After winning a national contest, a ceramic sculpture became part of a collection in the Museum of Modern Art.
She works in Italy at the Alnassar workshop in Carrara and her workshop in Tenerife Spain, where she lives.
Her works in bronze are cast by the Fonderia Artistico Bronzo di San Cristobal de la Laguna, Tenerife, Spain.
Her interests are divided between sculpture in bronze and marble, and painting in oil and acrylics.
She earned her degree in Art History in Texas, before moving to Tuscany, Italy, where she continued her studies in painting and photography.
