Catherine Curran

I am a Cree Artist living in Toronto, Ontario. Former Art Gallery owner in Toronto I paint full-time now in my home studio in Eastern Toronto. My influences are Turner and Caspar. I predominantly paint in the styles of Romanticism, Abstract and Abstract Expressionism. I prefer oils but do occasionally produce works in Acrylic. I am currently going thru an phase of multi-media focus with elements such as gold and copper leaf finding their way into some of my large pieces.
