Cecilia Ines Quijano Camara

Cecilia Inés Quijano Cámara is a watercolor artist based in Segovia, Spain, whose work reflects a deep sensitivity to nature, everyday life, and the beauty of fleeting moments. Trained as a civil engineer and now working as a florist, she found in painting a personal and peaceful space for creative expression.

Since 2012, she has cultivated her artistic voice through various workshops with renowned watercolorists, including Francisco Castro, Luis Labrador, and Adrián Marmolejo, exploring themes such as landscapes, flowers, birds, and urban scenes. Her work is known for its delicate palette, balanced compositions, and subtle attention to light.

In addition to watercolor, Cecilia has developed experience in metal embossing (repujado) over the last three years, working under the guidance of artisan Jesús de la Cruz, which adds a unique dimension to her artistic repertoire. Moreover, she has designed, executed, and managed the floral arrangements for over 200 weddings in Segovia and surrounding areas, blending her artistic sensibility with event design to create unforgettable atmospheres.
