'Arirang's vitality' refers to the curves and dance moves of the top hat that can be seen in Pungmulnori, a traditional Korean dance, the rhythmic melody of the hem of a traditional Korean skirt, and the 'vitality' contained in the rhythm of 'Arirang' music. do.
