I attempt to use illustrative principles to convey experiences with my environment. I use still-life and plein air studies as alternate means to practicing from life. I am a designated Combat Artist for the United States Marine Corps through the National Museum of the Marine Corps (NMMC) and use this additional duty to illustrate Marine Corps Operations, both foreign and domestic.
