Peter Bartczak

Born 1951, Hempstead, N.Y. Self taught airbrush artist. Migrated to San Francisco, CA from N.Y.C. in 1972 to airbrush T-shirts on Fisherman's Wharf. Went on to painting signs, murals, and illustrations for ad agencies, publishers, private individuals, and businesses.. Moved to Santa Cruz Ca. in 1976, and then to Paradise in Northern California in 2000

Freelance artist for over 30 years, specializing in airbrushed illustrations, signs, and murals. Eclectic style mixing humor, compassion, and surrealism with traditional techniques. Has done work for Disney, Universal Studio Tours, Atari, Silicon Graphics, Buck Owens Prod., Dell Pub., and many more. Inspired by Odd Nerdrum, Norman Rockwell, Robert Williams, H.R. Giger, John Singer Sargent, and Mark Fredrickson
