I'm a cartographer and mathematician. My artwork focuses on documenting the architectural geometry and cadastral history of the world’s most prestigious urban districts.
I founded Coatue Studio to provide a more rigorous, data-driven alternative to the traditional decorative map. By isolating individual parcel boundaries and structural footprints, I create what I call "Technical Property Studies"—archival portraits of urban form that capture the unique land-use patterns of global cities.
I'm a Fellow of both the Royal Geographical Society and the Geological Society of London. My practice is rooted in a career spent at the highest levels of geospatial intelligence, having led geospatial projects at NASA, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and Ordnance Survey.
With a library of over 200 studies covering London, Paris, and New York, I act as a specialist resource for hospitality and workplace designers. I also offer a bespoke service to map the specific coordinates of a client’s property, creating an intellectual centerpiece that documents the unique geographic history of a specific site.
I hold a Master’s in Geography and a BS in Mathematics. I'm currently based in the UK with roots in Nantucket, Massachusetts.
