Court Loving

Court Loving (1983) is an American photographer born and raised in the Texas-Mexico border city of Laredo. Her childhood was a constant commingling of Latin and American values to the extent that there was never a clear line between the two. Having been raised in two distinct cultures has deeply influenced her perspective and understanding of the world. Interested in the plural nature of things, she uses her lens in an attempt to unravel life's innate beauty and complexity. Her work is centered around duality and she often gravitates to people and places existing within this realm.

She currently lives in Austin, Texas and works out of Canopy Studios.
