At the intersection of tradition and modernity, my paintings explore the expressive possibilities of contemporary abstraction through use of materials historically associated with sacred art and traditional painting – gold, silver, platinum, and tempera pigments – reinterpreted within a refined, minimalist, and distinctive contemporary aesthetic. Whitin this visual universe, precious metal is not merely a material but becomes light, memory, symbol, and space for contemplation.

Lyrically layered, enigmatic, and purely emotional, the works intertwine reality and myths, symbolism and abstraction, the past and the present. Marked by an elegant luminescence and mostly painted in vivid original tempera colors, the abstract paintings encompass symbols and scenery that are cloaked in a shadowed euphoria, suspending the viewer in a transitory, dreamlike physical state.
