Cynthia Bond is a Canadian artist from Quebec City. Her approach is involved in the emerging contemporary art in Quebec. Accomplished geographer, globetrotter and arts passionate; she has embraced a painting career over the recent years. The artworks she produces are mainly large figurative compositions where social critics and glimpse of travel collide. The environment, consumption and human exploitation are recurring themes in her work, sometimes even treated with a touch of sarcastic humor.
