Works recently shown with Mana Contemporary and awarded the Jersey City Arts Council grant in 2020.
Dana's work documents the psychological and spiritual effects of social media, how this affects mental health and land and community. Primarily self taught, her practice spans a broad range of media, from photography to small sculpture, and has notes of her upbringing in suburban Central Florida, Louisiana and Mississippi. Her hope is that her work can shine a realistic light on marginalized topics, people and places.
