David Bru

My paintings try to depict the moment an image is about to be constructed, the perception of another painting, photograph, object or just a simple doodle. Light, color and matter, aim to grasp all the elements that compose an image. The before and after of processing an image, what remain within and how that could be translated to abstract language.
