Deanna Delgado

I paint with bold color, curious shapes, and a sense of play. My abstract work is intuitive and expressive, built through layered forms, unexpected pairings, and energetic compositions that invite viewers to feel color as much as they see it. I’m fascinated by how vibrant hues can spark emotion, movement, and moments of delight — sometimes all at once.
I live in Loudoun County, Virginia with my husband and two young children, where life is colorful, busy, and full of joyful chaos. That everyday energy finds its way into my paintings, which celebrate color as a powerful, playful language — one that communicates without words and leaves room for imagination, connection, and a little bit of wonder.
