Emilio Martinez Gonzalez-Delagranda takes inspiration from pop culture iconography, advertising images, films, and TV series. Artworks that mesh pop culture, tagging and everyday objects to create a cultural portrait of society. His careful balance of color, space and typography stems from his background as an Advertising Art Director - he has a Degree in Advertising well before commiting himself to painting. He expresses himself with freedom, using both digital and traditional media to make big statements about the evolving world around us.
