Dennis Waller began his art career with classical training as a studio artist at Southern Illinois University in the early seventies. During those turbulent years fine art was going through a metamorphosis just as the country itself was with many artists’ searching for a signature to represent their particular style and creative expression. Because of his love of the outdoors and the natural world, Mr. Waller found his opportunity of expression through the emerging popularity of Wildlife Art. Through the eights and nineties Mr. Waller produced and sold many wildlife limited addition prints, originals, and commissions in the traditional realistic form. His waterfowl and duck stamp prints were in high demand and coveted by waterfowl enthusiasts. It was during these years that he also opened his own graphic design, illustration and advertising studio in Nashville, Tennessee where he continued to paint and explore new means of artistic expression.
