Born 1955 in Belorus. In 1990 immigrated to the United States and has been continuing to create his art for private collectors and international exhibitions. He has won acclaim for his work exhibited in the USA and overseas. In 1993 he was commissioned to create a Lester Levy Humanitarian Award of which U.S. Senator Barbara A. Mikulski of Maryland became the first recipient. In 1994 his sculpture, “Crying Violin” became an International Elie Wiesel Holocaust Remembrance Award which was presented to Steven Spielberg for his movie “Schindler’s List”. In 1996 he became a member of the National Sculpture Society. His work can be found museums and public collections such as the State Russian Museum in St. Petersburg, Zimmerli Art Museum at Rutgers University in New Jersey, Gomel Historical Museum in Belorussia, and Kolodzei Foundation. His work can also be found in numerous private collections around the world: USA, England, France, Russia, China, Japan, Brazil, Venezuela, Israel, Switzerland, Italy, Canada and Germany.

In 2006 he was honored with a National Sculpture Society Award for non-traditional sculpture. Currently represented by Wally Findlay Galleries International. Lives and works in Bayonne, NJ.
