Dorothee Winkler

Dorothee Winkler pursued two years of formal art education in her native country of Germany before acquiring degrees in business and management. After several years of working in marketing for global IT corporations, she returned to her passion of creating art on the canvas.

Her abstract paintings reflect emotions experienced in human interactions. Translating them with expressive strokes onto the canvas, they then serve as a foundation on which she builds a corresponding composition of shapes, color, and texture.
