Why do I paint? It's all about joy. Not just fun, but absolute joy – unconditioned and unrelated to anything outside me. I seek respite and refuge in trees, forests, and paths free from human presence. But lately, I’ve been looking closer—into the micro-scale. My fascination with the organic structures of slime molds allows me to explore the same biological energy through intense color, scratching through layers of paint to find the raw rhythm of nature.
