Well, hello there!
I was raised in the Midwest..and honestly, it was really boring.

But, what did keep my imagination going, and my brain stimulated to keep creating, was the outdoors. Regardless of the harsh and cruel winters, sweltering hot summers, or the joy of electric green spring, and mysterious cool fall, inspiration from all those magical times is what keeps my soul at peace.

I originally was going to major in an art degree at my local collage in Iowa when I graduated high school. I realized that perhaps I would never be able to make a "living" doing art.

So, I moved to Los Angeles on a one-way Greyhound bus from Iowa when I was 19 with a goal to be a makeup artist in the Entertainment Industry.
Long story short, I built a successful career, contributing to film and television productions that earned me three Emmy Nominations.
After 26 years later, I've come back full circle into the warm arms of art.
My amazing and incredibly talented husband Wayne Chang and I, have collaborated for the first time in a new body of work.
We have always had this idea how to tell the story of natural wood morphing into a man-made element. A frame. Frames capture different moments for all of us. With personal and intimate meaning...
