Elena Khokhryakova

Elena Khokhryakova is an artist who uses various techniques in painting.
Most of her works are landscapes, portraits and still lifes, which are imbued with love for nature and a special light and energy.

«In my work I explore the phenomenon
of Light. Light as the main element in painting. And at the same time, Light - as the true source and meaning of the universe.
The main source of inspiration in my work, which makes me come to the easel again and again, is precisely him.
Light is like the brush of the Creator.
Like a force that passes through me and seeks a way out through me.
I can't imagine my life without painting.
For me, painting is like breathing».

I have been painting mainly in oils for over 15 years
During this time I have taken about 100 private painting lessons from talented and famous artists and continue to develop every day
