Elisabet Persson a small introductionI have been drawing and painting all my life. I was born in 1958 in Pajala, in the very north of Sweden. My visual eye and myself have always been very good friends. I would say that I am autodidact though many people well up in art have guided me in my search for my own figurative style.When I stand in front of the easel an intense feeling of well-being accures in my body and soul.When I create it is with humour and pleasure as a point of the departure.Of course every happening in the big or in the small word affects me.To lift the humour in art has been my way.I appreciate if the observer has a smile on the face looking at my pictures.Even when approching the difficult things in my personal life or big universial problems, I do it with humour. Now, I do not laugh all the time but I prefer to look at bright side of life
