With a career spanning over two decades, Eliseo Ferrandiz has established a profound dialogue between classical oil techniques and contemporary social critique. A student of the renowned master Copernico García, his work has evolved from academic rigor to a bold, conceptual figuration.
His trajectory is marked by significant institutional recognition, including the National Prize for Contemporary Art “City of Valencia” and honors at the Málaga Art Biennial. His work has been exhibited in prominent galleries across Spain, with a notable presence in the artistic circuit of Mallorca.
Known for his mastery of textures—from the ruggedness of denim to the ethereal glow of skin and metallic impastos—his paintings are held in private collections worldwide. His recent series explores the tension of modern identity, blending technical excellence with a sharp reflection on the digital age.
Mentorship under Copernico García, Alicante, Spain.
