Elise Thibault

Élise Thibault is a Canadian multidisciplinary artist based in Québec, working across painting, sculpture, and mixed media. Her practice explores the human journey — movement, construction, and transformation — through an intuitive engagement with material rather than a fixed, preconceived image.
Trained in visual arts and design, Thibault approaches each work as a dialogue: layers, textures, and colour emerge through a process of building and stepping back, allowing the piece to reveal itself rather than following a predetermined plan.
Her work invites a personal reading, where the viewer's gaze completes the gesture. Thibault's practice has recently extended into the international market, with her work selected for private collectors and high-end interior design projects, including luxury yacht commissions.
