Elizabeth Mendoza aka Elizabeth Nepomucena is a visual artist of Mexican origin. Born in Zempoala Veracruz IN 1991. Later she migrated to the north of the country, settling with her family in the city of Tijuana. In 2017 she moved to the city of Oaxaca de Juárez, Oaxaca, during her stay she attended graphic workshops, among others, at the San Agustín Arts Center, managing to acquire various graphic techniques that she later integrated into her production. She currently resides in Tijuana where she teaches graphic workshops to children, youth and adults. She has had several collective exhibitions and one individual in the city of Tijuana. She has participated as a workshop facilitator in institutions such as the Tijuana Cultural Center (CECUT) and the Tijuana State Center for the Arts (CEART). Her work has been collected inside and outside of Mexico, managing to be present locally and in various cities of the country as well as in the United States, Thailand, Spain, England, Argentina, Canada and France.

In 2009 she entered the Faculty of Arts of the Autonomous University of Baja California. In 2014, during the course of her degree, she obtained a student mobility scholarship and moved to Xalapa, Veracruz, where she continued her studies at the Faculty of Plastic Arts of the Universidad Veracruzana. In 2015 she graduated from the Autonomous University of Baja California with a bachelors degree in Visual Arts.
