Observation at my core, became the tools that placed my paintings in my own perspective.
Eventually creating a personal dimension in which my imaginary worlds come and go.

Biography:

Ellen Haarhuis
Born 30-07-1965. Living and working in Breda, The Netherlands.
Working as an independent, professionel artist, I make paintings, drawings and graphic printings.
Member of the dutch professionel artist society.

Education/work experience:

Academy for Fine Arts in Amsterdam, painting,drawing and art history. 1988-1992
Pilot licence hot air ballooning. 1991
Coupeuse training, fashion and cloth. 1983-1986
