Richard Wieth

Richard Wieth (1967-) is an artist living in Sandpoint, ID. He has been painting for almost 20 years. His work has been published in three different books and many periodicals. It has won awards and is in corporate art collections.

Richard Wieth studied graphic design at the University of Denver before refining his painting skills under the guidance of renowned artist Ramon Kelley. He quickly cultivated a distinctive, expressive painting style, earning accolades and placing his artwork in numerous private and corporate collections. Richard has showcased his paintings in solo exhibitions throughout the western United States, notably in prominent art communities such as Aspen, Colorado, and Sun Valley, Idaho. His work has also been featured in publications, including two acclaimed books on still life painting and a volume highlighting Colorado landscape art.
