Aashish Tanwar is Masters of Fine Art (sculpture) from the prestigious Delhi College of Art. Born in 1984, Aashish Tanwar lives and works from Delhi. He has been part of various National and International shows. His work has been acknowledged in the United Kingdom and Russia. He has participated in several group shows, art workshops and symposium in India and abroad. His works are part of museum collections around the country and abroad. His work is a significant attempt to reflect and give shape to modern creative art and he has been simultaneously experimenting to give shape to his creative synergy. One of his giant sculptures is installed in Vrindavan, Mathura under the sky. He has also done murals and relief work for DMRC. He has also done designing for Jaipur and Bhadurgarh Iskon temples.For Ashish Tanwar, his sculptures are expressions of his thoughts is a journey to seek out to reach his inner soul. His contest quest for spirituality finds expressions in his work. For him, it is not only important to express the outer form but to use it in relation with spiritual vitality or inner life. Ashish’s ability to let his intuition guide him over the gap between the conception and realization without compromising the integrity of the original idea is seen in many works
