Personal resume: Zen master Zhixiang, born in Shunping, Hebei Province, in 1963. Graduated from Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts in 1987 with a bachelor's degree. Senior Artist. He used to be the director of Art Research Department of Henan Art Museum. In 2014, he became a monk at Dingshan Temple in Nanjing, China. Lived in New York in 2016. His works have participated in the 2004 Japan Fuji International Ink Painting Exhibition (recommended by the National Art Museum of China), the 7th National Art Exhibition (Beijing), and the New York Vanderplas Gallery [EARTH TO SKY] art exhibition in 2021, etc. It has been more than 30 years since I came into contact with the Zen classic "Five Lanterns Huiyuan" in 1985 when I was in college, and started the research on Chinese Zen. He highly appreciates "Life Zen" and integrates the spirit of Zen into life, combining Zen and art. Hope you like my work, thank you!
