Erika Beck

Australian artist and art tutor lives in Sydney.
Born in Croatia, I lived mainly in Australia and some time in France, England and Germany..
I see myself as an abstract expressionist and colourist inspired by the variety and excitement of the Australian landscapes. Figurative subjects, beautiful florals and pure abstraction are part of my life as a creative artist. I get inspired by my visual surroundings. Beauty inspires me and I am motivated to represent it for others to share and to enjoy.

Lived in France, England and Germany Influenced by Manfred Henninger (Stuttgart) student of Oskar Kokoschka and Siegfried Simpfendoerfer (Hielbronn)
On return to Sydney joined Desiderius Orban Studio,
Life Drawing Classes, Seaforth TAFE College
Participated in masterclasses and artist workshops given by Zusters, Woodward, Milgate, Hodgkinson, Fairbairn, Foye and others.
