Eva Tzagaraki

Fine artist living in Heraklion Crete, Greece. Drawing inspiration from the natural world and space. Fairy Tale illustrator and author with a dreamy world of symbolic paintings, wearable art, charms, illustrations, and poetic creations by Greek artist Eva Tzagaraki. Inspired by folklore, nature, memory, femininity, mythology, and quiet emotions, each artwork is created as a small story filled with tenderness, magic, and imagination. From original paintings and mini canvases to artistic jewellery and prints, every piece is made to bring beauty, symbolism, and a sense of wonder into everyday life.

Eva Tzagkaraki was born in Heraklion, Crete. She holds a master's degree in Creative Writing of Hellenic Open University (EAP 2024), a Bachelor's and an integrated master's degree in Visual Arts by the School of Fine Arts of Thessaloniki (1999), as well as a degree in Decoration of internal spaces, Sector of Applied Arts, by department of T.E.L ATHENS (1993). Since 2002 she has been working as a designer/graphic artist and decorator.

She presented three solo exhibitions, participated in many group exhibitions. In 2006 she curated the exhibition "Wandering" in Larissa and participated in "CowParade ‘06". Her works can be found in galleries, institutions and private collections.
She lives and works in Heraklion, Crete.
