A window becomes an invitation when light and shadow meet. On canvas, I follow this attitude across the surface with brushes, pigments, traces, and intensities.

By engaging with texture and the openness of the pore, I seek the certainty of matter over explanation.
Between surface and matter, an atmosphere of possibility.
