François Antoine

My name is Francois Antoine.

I was born in october 1983 at Liege, Belgium. I draw since I can and I paint since 1998. At the beginning, art was for me only a passion, that quickly became a need, so much that I now don't wanna do anything else.

In 2002, I discovered a very personal way to draw, identical to my desire of calm and simplicity. I make figurative draws, drawing what I see while walking in our cities, collecting purified forms. I just work with the draw, which tells the forms through a game of space's occupation and suspension in the vacuum, which gives a very simple and graphic result.

Since then, I develop my art with effervescence, because I'm full of ideas that technique allows me.

- 2001 - 2002 : 1st year of high school diploma in painting, at Saint-Luc, Liège.
- 2002 - 2003 : 1st year of high school diploma in french, at Jonfosse, Liège.
- 2003 - 2006 : Entrepreneur's Diploma in parks and gardens, at IFAPME, Huy-Waremme.
