Funda Elman

Funda Elman is an independent illustrator and designer based in on Mount İda, Turkey. Her artistic practise merges pointillist and pastoral techniques with contemporary graphic aesthetics, creating timeless and evocative works.

Educated through international programs including Harvard University's online learning initiativrs, Elman combines academic knowledge with a deep sensitivity to nature and cultural heritage. Her works often explore themes of harmony, memory, and poetic connection between humanity and natural world.

Elman has developed projects across art, design, and brading, while maintaining a strong personal vision that bridges traditional craftsmanship and modern illüstration. She continues to expand her practice internatioally, presenting her art to global audiences trough platforms like Saatchi Art.

All of her artworks are officially trademark registered, reflecting both the originality and the professional authenticity of her creative practice.

I create my arworks entirely by hand firthen transfer them into Adobe İllustrator so they can be reproduced on a larger scale. This process allows the pieces to be printed in any desired size while preserving their original detail and texture.

Funda Elman graduated from Dumlupınar University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Deparment of Visual Communication Design, and has also completed certifications in Psychology. She furter enriched her academic and artistic background through Harvard University's online learning initiatives and specialized training in prosthetic and plastic make up. Having lived in the United States, she brings an international perspective to her creative practice.

Elman gained international experience, yet due to a sudden brain hemorrhage and two maor surgeries, she returned to Turkey, where she continues to expand her artistic journey with renewed depth and resilience.
