Ginger Artist

I am figurative artist working in drawing and mixed media. With a background in art history and cultural studies, her practice explores the human body as a site of tension, vulnerability, and silent strength.

Focusing primarily on the back, she treats it not as anatomy alone, but as a landscape of emotional and physical memory. Her work is deeply influenced by Renaissance ideals, reinterpreted through a contemporary, intimate lens.

My work is centered on the human body — not as an object, but as a space of presence, tension, and quiet expression.

I am particularly drawn to the back — a part of the body that does not look, does not speak, yet holds an immense emotional charge. In its curves, tension, and structure, I find a language that exists beyond words.

Influenced by Renaissance aesthetics, I reimagine the body through a contemporary sensitivity — where classical beauty meets vulnerability, and form becomes a carrier of inner states.

Through detailed anatomical drawing and a sensual approach to line, I aim to create an intimate connection between the viewer and the body — one that is both physical and deeply psychological.
