Lydia Lee

Working based in Seoul.
I seek to express human suffering and overcoming through my paintings. The exploration of musical lyricism, primitivism, and cyclical movement are the main themes of my research.
By successive eliminations,my artworks has moved from abstraction to "concrete"painting,which confines itself to dynamic linear expression and the vigorous presence of the raw materials of art.
