Hakan Ecevit

Hakan Ecevit was born in 1982. He continues the painting work he was interested in during his high school years at his studio in Ankara. The artist, who was accepted into the Faculty of Fine Arts, completed his education at the Faculty of Architecture. Throughout his professional life, he lived for seven years in the cities of Paris in France, Cologne in Germany, and Amsterdam in the Netherlands. There, he had the opportunity to work with local artists in the fields of basic drawing and design techniques, art history, architecture, and urban design. He held his first exhibition in 2017 in the state of California, USA. His series were selected twice by curators in France and exhibited worldwide. The artist, who has held three solo exhibitions, has participated in many prestigious exhibitions and art fairs both domestically and internationally. His exhibitions have been featured in various national print, visual, and audio media. His works, included in important collections, adorn the walls of leading federal schools in Germany.
