Hannah Greis

Hannah Greis (*1999) is a contemporary artist from Cologne, Germany. Working primarily in acrylic, oil, and oil pastels on self-stretched cotton canvases, her practice moves between realism and surreal moments — exploring the emotional depth hidden within seemingly familiar and empty spaces.
She works both with delicate glazed layering and expressive impasto techniques, and teaches workshops in her own studio at the Kölner Künstlerhaus in Niehl, Cologne.
