After many years living in Darlinghurst, Hayley moved to Sydney’s Royal National Park, traditional land of the Dharawal people and started painting Australia’s native landscape.
Hayley's art is characterised by a vibrant and colourful palette that captures the essence of Australia's native flora and fauna.
By exploring the Australian colour palette, Hayley can create artwork that is not only visually appealing but also evocative of the unique character and spirit of Australia. Whether she is capturing the warm oranges and yellows of the outback or different shades of gum greens, Hayley's use of colour can help to transport viewers to the Australian landscape and evoke a sense of place. She creates her artwork using acrylic spray, fluid, flow, gouache and impasto to adopt different techniques and textures throughout her pieces.
Despite being relatively new to the art world, Hayley has already sold over 40 pieces in her first year of being an artist, which is a testament to her talent and dedication. Her art is not in oversupply due to her other work commitments, but she creates original pieces when she is inspired and uninterrupted.
